Hello and welcome to Keepsake, part of the Ka-Blooey.NET Collective. This is Bloo's TCG Post, where I organize all of my TCG related activities, and where YOU can trade with me if you're interested in any of my cards. I've currently joined a total of five TCGs: So Magical, Trading Academy, Divinity, Endless Road, and Final Mix. I also co-run a Pokemon themed TCG with Courtney called MissingNO. Use the links above to navigate the site.

Not sure what an online TCG is? TCG stands for Trading Card Game. An online TCG is just like any trading card game in that you collect cards and trade them with others. However, most online TCGs do not involve the 'battling' aspect that is normally associated with real life TCGs (such as Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh!). You can earn cards to build up your collection by participating in games and leveling up (which occurs when you reach a specified number of cards). There are many different online TCGs to join, each with their own unique card sets and themes (including but not limited to anime/manga, movies, food, books, etc etc). If you happen to find a TCG to join through this site , I would really appreciate it if you put Bloo as your referrer. :)

Updates

05 January 2010

Wow, it's already been 3 months since I've updated here. ^^; Time sure flies. Happy New Years! :D
I have pretty much scrapped my plans of making a deck manager, since not much progress has happened with it, and another one by Marfisa has recently been released that looks very promising. I'll probably go through and convert all of my joined TCG's to it once I find the time. My new project is a TCG management script. I've designed and coded a layout for it already, and now it's just a matter of writing the actual script.
I'm also planning on co-running a new TCG with a friend of mine (part of why I'm writing up this new management script). Details will remain secret for now, as they're all very fuzzy and this could take a very, very long time for us to complete. Not to mention I think I may be biting off a little more than I can chew, with college and MissingNO still my priorities. xD

Well, the deck manager thing that I was working on is now on hold until I can find more time to work on it. MissingNO pretty much ate my summer. xD Oh well.. And I think once I do get back to it, I'll just start from scratch, since I've learned so much from scripting my own TCG that I don't feel like I need to rely on structuring it around the Enthusiast script. Joined Final Mix, and tempted to join Heart. But so little time (I start college on the 6th!).. forgive me if my responses are slow. :x

15 June 2009

I'm back from vacation, and now I'm finally sending in my form to join Divinity! xD I'm a bit busy with my other sites now though, but probably some time in July I'll have more time to work on the card manager again. Oh, and I have a form now too. :3

25 May 2009

I'm going on a two week vacation, so all trades and whatnot will be dealt with on my return (June 10). Also, I'm still working on turning Enthusiast into a TCG card manager, and I'll be continuing that once I'm back as well.

Enthusiast spoiled me when I used it for my fanlisting collective, and so I'm trying to tweek the script for use with this TCG Post. Once I'm satisfied with it I'll start being more active. ^^;

Desperately bored with way more free time than I need, so decided to try online TCGs. Should be interesting.
